We understand the importance of finding the right people for your organisation and here at The People Team we use our expertise to support our clients with the process of recruiting and onboarding new team members.

Our services include; CV screening, interview shortlisting, interview support (pre and post), managing applications and liaising with all candidates.

There are also a number of obligations that an employer must meet when recruiting, referred to as; pre and post employment checks.

The People Team can support with right to work and VISA checks, along with initiating DBS checks (formerly CRB checks).

As a business changes (be it growth, re-structuring and/or changes in circumstances) there will naturally be an impact on employees. The People Team can discuss the most suitable approach, process and required documentation applicable to the circumstances.

This could range from changes to; working pattern, location, job role or pay.

Our team can work with you to create the appropriate documentation to issue to your new employees.

This can include; offer letters, contracts of employment and employee handbooks.

If you already have this in place then we can review and modify what you have prepared and oversee the issuing of new starter paperwork.

Effective performance management is crucial for a business when an employee’s contribution is not aligned to the goals, subsequently this process is aimed at improving employee performance.

The People Team are highly experienced in this field and can support you through this process.

Employment can come to an end due to a number of reasons; capability, dismissal, resignation or by way of settlement.
